In a very stressful time, ADK helped me to make it through with a peace of mind. They knew the ins and outs of insurance process. I can’t imagine going through this with an independent contractor who is not as familiar with insurance workings. That would have fallen on me as double the work/stress which I did NOT need. When I had contact with the owner at the outset, he said don’t give it a second thought but let ADK be my contractor. I still did my due diligence and got a few estimates from independent contractors but in the end, he was right. ADK streamlined the whole process over 4 months. Special shout out to Phil (project manager) who is honest, trustworthy and personable; Fred (estimator) who helped me with billing issues with insurance delays and also Nicole (administrator), though I never met her, my every contact with her was courteous. This company did an excellent job boarding up a door that had gotten broken into, there was alot of broken glass & thoroughly cleaned up the mess & hauled everything away. They came out quickly, they were most polite & a pleasure to deal with. I had not 1 complaint of any sort!!!
