ADK was my insurance referred restoration service for water damage.  In a very stressful time, ADK helped me to make it through with a peace of mind.  They knew the ins and outs of insurance process.  I can’t imagine going through this with an independent contractor who is not as familiar with insurance workings.  That would have fallen on me as double the work/stress which I did NOT need.  When I had contact with the owner at the outset, he said don’t give it a second thought but let ADK be my contractor.  I still did my due diligence and got a few estimates from independent contractors but in the end, he was right.  ADK streamlined the whole process over 4 months.  Special shout out to Phil (project manager) who is honest, trustworthy and personable; Fred (estimator) who helped me with billing issues with insurance delays and also Nicole (administrator), though I never met her, my every contact with her was courteous. Alliance was AMAZING
i must say, based on history of restoration companies, they can not be honest, but that being said, Alliance was on their game in every way from start to finish
they were reliable, communicative, trustworthy in my house without me and did exactly what they said they wold do without question
i am blown away!!!!!!!!!
EDGAR MY TECH WAS SOOOOOO ON HIS GAME, ALWAYS TEXTED ME WHEN COMING, WHEN LEAVING, HOW MANY MORE DAYS I NEEDED AND NEVER ANYTHING BUT A SMILE

This company did an excellent job boarding up a door that had gotten broken into, there was alot of broken glass & thoroughly cleaned up the mess & hauled everything away.
They came out quickly, they were most polite & a pleasure to deal with.  I had not 1 complaint of any sort!!!
