Alliance Disaster Kleenup named the winner of the prestigious 2011 Phoenix Award by the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). The award, given for Innovation in Restoration and Reconstruction, was awarded to the company for illustrating the skill and expertise required to manage catastrophic incidents, and restore properties damaged by a multitude of perils including flood, fire, and storm.
ADK was able to secure the property through the second round of storms, thereby preserving the integrity of this neighborhood landmark. The next step was to begin process of structural drying thereby setting the building back on the path to reconstruction and full operation.

Alliance Disaster Kleenup’s Phoenix Award-winning work and rapid response began immediately after OTSC’s 22,000 square foot facility was damaged in the first of what turned out to be multiple severe storms. Due to wind speeds approaching 70mph, the roof at OTSC tore away, taking with it the sprinkler system and leaving a 2000 square foot hole in the top floor of this 4 story, 100 year old building. The heavy rains and damaged sprinkler system caused thousands of gallons of water to pour into the building.
